Are you an employee of VBS? Do you know someone great? When you refer your friends, you’ll get Rs. 15,000 referral bonus after your recommendation is hired. That’s right. Fifteen thousand rupees. The rules:
- The person you refer must know you when we contact them.
- Any VBS employee can refer except members of the HR and the Leadership team.
- Referral bonus amount will be given once the referee and their referral completes 6 months.
- You must be the first person to refer the candidate.
- If the candidate doesn’t complete 3 months, no bonus will be paid.
