Our team created a comprehensive BIM model based on the current phase and reference point cloud data, accurately simulating the sprinkling systems by modeling pipes, valves, equipment, heaters, piping, and main power panels.
We diligently tagged and displayed sizes, rises, and drops of pipes, conduits, and equipment, providing comprehensive information in the BIM model.
The BIM model gave stakeholders a clear visual representation of the car wash facility, enabling better coordination and decision-making.
