Project school is developed and constucted by the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA), Which are manages the design, construction and renovation of school facilities in New York City.
The client wanted Virtual Building Studio to create LOD300 Model of M&E services for school and run the clash detection and coordination effort for the design validation
