Constructability Review

For contractors, nothing is more troubling than an extended timeline and over-budget projects. Constructability review helps contractors in avoiding this by incorporating on-site construction knowledge into the design process. Our BIM team validates models by checking design discrepancies, conflicting input data, maintenance clearance & accessibility requirement, No-Fly zone and constructability of supports systems.

If any discrepancies are found, RFI is raised accordingly and documented in the RFI log for future reference. RFI log is intimated to our clients to keep them posted on what’s pending and needs to be reviewed. 

Constructability review helps in minimizing the project risk and the total project cost by eliminating work delays, and rework during construction and reducing construction wastes.
